France’s second Voluntary National Review provides an update on its actions from two perspectives:

Indicators for monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals
To track global progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a set of 232 indicators was adopted on March 11, 2017 by the UN Statistical Commission. These indicators, as defined at that time, are intended to serve as the primary basis for tracking global progress toward the SDGs.
Mobilized stakeholders
Associations, researchers, citizens, local authorities, companies, the State, trade unions - each has a place and a role to play in the implementation of the 2030 Agenda. After an awareness-raising phase, each of these actors generally has an appropriation phase during which they revisit their existing projects through the lens of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and verify that their action is useful for certain SDGs.
